No, Forza Global is a wholesale distributor. Our products are available through leading plumbing trade stores across Australia such as Samios, Tradelink, and other trusted partners.

Orders & Deliveries

Orders can be placed directly through your preferred trade store or distributor. For trade partners with direct accounts, orders can be submitted via email or integrated ordering systems.  

Deliveries are dispatched daily from our state distribution centres. Lead times vary depending on your location but most metro orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.  

Yes, our logistics partners provide tracking for deliveries. You can also contact our customer service team for updates on your order status.

Returns & Warranty

Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied items in accordance with our trading terms. All returns require prior approval and a completed credit notes which have been approved.
